Affirm the statement below during the registration process

I affirm that I meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • I currently represent or am employed by an accredited non-profit or public higher education institution.
  • I do not represent interests or undertake work that is adverse to the interests of NACUA members.
  • I do not represent any clients or claimants against any NACUA member institution, unless that client is itself a NACUA member institution.
  • I have/will notify my institution’s NACUA primary representative, or if none, my institution’s chief legal officer or president, of my intent to register for this program and they have no objection.
  • I understand that NACUA retains ultimate authority to determine the eligibility of individuals to participate in its programs and activities and permission from the member who manages the institution’s membership must be sought by individuals who are not on an institution’s roster (either because their organization or institution is not a member or because the individual is not a listed member for the institution). In most cases this will be the General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer.
