If you are planning on attending the 2026 Annual Conference and have not secured a hotel reservation, search for hotel availability here via our trusted partner aRes Travel*. Book online or call 877-300-6147 for assistance. International Callers call 619-546-7263.

**Room rates are based on single/double occupancy.

Reservation Deadline: Reservations, changes, and cancellations can be made until Thursday, June 4, 2026. Between Friday, June 5 and Tuesday, June 9, you will not be able to change or cancel an existing reservation. As of Wednesday, June 10, please contact your hotel directly to make changes or cancel your reservation. 

For the Hilton Garden Inn, reservations, changes, and cancellations can be made until Thursday, June 11, 2026.

Waitlist: If you would like to book an extended stay at any conference hotel, you may be placed on a waitlist for days falling outside of NACUA’s room block (June 26 – July 2, 2026). This does not  affect the portion of your reservation made under NACUA’s room block, which is guaranteed immediately after checkout.

Maritz, our Official Housing Provider, will send all waitlisted individuals a confirmation when their extended reservation has been confirmed with the hotel. If you do not receive confirmation within one week, please contact Maritz Customer Service at 864-658-5809 or by email at NACUAAnnual@maritz.com. Please do not contact the hotel directly.
