Rates and Reservations:
Maritz Global Events is the Official Housing Provider for NACUA’s 2022 Annual Conference. To make reservations at the NACUA rate, you must follow the personalized housing link you received in your registration confirmation. You will not be able to book hotel accommodations at the NACUA rate until you have completed registration.
*All conference sessions and events will be held at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.
**Room rates are based on single/double occupancy.
Reservation Deadline:
UPDATE: New reservations can be made until Wednesday, June 22, 2022 if inventory is available.
Between Wednesday, June 1 – Sunday, June 5, 2022 you will not be able to change or cancel an existing reservation.
If your reservation is at the Embassy Suites, Drury Plaza, Hotel Monaco, or the Westin please contact your hotel directly beginning on Monday, June 6, 2022 to make changes or cancel your reservation.
If your reservation is at the Omni please contact your hotel directly beginning on Friday, June 10, 2022, to make changes or cancel your reservation.
If your reservation is at the DoubleTree please contact your hotel directly beginning on Friday, June 24, 2022, to make changes or cancel your reservation.
Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty.
Waitlist:
If you would like to book an extended stay at any conference hotel, you may be placed on a waitlist for days falling outside of NACUA’s room block (June 24-30, 2022). This does not affect the portion of your reservation made under NACUA’s room block, which is guaranteed immediately after checkout.
Maritz Global Events, our Official Housing Provider, will send all waitlisted individuals a confirmation when their extended reservation has been confirmed with the hotel. If you do not receive confirmation within one week, please contact Maritz Global Events Customer Service at 864-658-5809 or by email at NACUAAnnual@maritz.com. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Please arrange any flights through the carrier of your choice. All conference hotels are located approximately 30 minutes from the Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT).
Taxi
Fares to and from Pittsburgh International Airport are approximately $40 - 50 each way.
